Volunteer Opportunities at the ReStore:
Volunteer construction workers are a highly visible keystone of Habitat for Humanity,
but much work needs to be done long before construction begins. Whether you are
construction-minded or not, the ReStore has a place for you. The Detroit ReStore
operates much the same as a Lowes or Home Depot, and there are many opportunities
to help. ReStore volunteers work in many areas:
- Administrative assistants
- Deconstruction assistants
- Greeters
- In-store sales persons
- Stocking/inventory clerks
