Faith In Action - How Can You Help?

Your congregation can help in a variety of ways:

• Sponsor or co-sponsor a home - provide the funds and labor to build an entire house or a portion of a Habitat house. You may sponsor a house on your own or in partnership with other congregations by forming a Circle of Faith.

• Schedule a Faith In Action Adopt-a-Day or Work-a-Thon - provide funds and volunteers to support the Habitat mission.

• Supply volunteers for Habitat construction crews and committees.

• Provide space for Habitat meetings or for the affiliate office.

• Prepare and serve meals for construction workers.

• Make a financial contribution to the affiliate.

• Offer devotions at worksites.

• Invite a HFH Detroit representative and family partner to speak to a congregation.

• Be a part of a Building On Faith Build - (June) and (September).
